Special Considerations

Where an adverse issue or event has had or is reasonably likely to have had a material effect on a candidate's performance in an exam, a request may be submitted to school by completion of the relevant Google form for special consideration. (For example, a bereavement or temporary injury or illness or some other event outside their control at the time of the assessment).
After all public exams have finished, these requests are reviewed by a member of the Senior Leadership Team and, where approval is given, applications will be submitted to the awarding bodies.
