We truly appreciate the incredible support our school receives from our community. Many of you contribute through financial donations, while others lend their time and expertise by delivering career talks, sponsoring events, or supporting our sports teams, for example. It’s inspiring to see how, when we come together, we can achieve our goals and fulfil our ambitions for the school.
Parents and carers are a vital part of our school community, and we warmly invite you to take an active role in your children's educational journey. We understand how important and rewarding it is to celebrate their achievements together, and these shared moments bring us all closer.
We are always eager to hear your thoughts on how you can contribute and get involved. Your engagement is invaluable to us, and together, we can create a nurturing environment where every child can flourish. Thank you for being an essential part of our community.
We encourage you to make monthly or regular donations, which make a significant impact on our ability to budget and plan ahead. New parents to the school are automatically invited to join the Parent Giving Scheme, currently supported by over two-thirds of our parents/carers (you will be sent details when your child starts school here), but anyone can make donations directly to the school and/or specifically to support one of our current Fundraising Projects. In 2025/26, our priorities are:
Regular payments under the gift aid scheme offer the most effective way for donors to give their support to the school, enabling funds to be given through monthly, quarterly or annual direct debit. When setting up a payment mandate, please specify how you would like your donation spent (e.g., the general School Fund, the Creative and Performing Arts Centre, or the Sport Foundation).
For those who would prefer to make lump sum donation. Payments can be made directly into the school bank account. Please complete and submit this form.

We are an exempt charity, not registered with the Charity Commission, but Gift Aid registered. This means we can recover tax via the Gift Aid scheme on donations made by UK taxpayers. This increases the value of the gift to the Crypt by 25%, whilst offering the potential to reduce donors' costs through tax recovery. Please complete a Gift Aid form to enable these benefits. here
If you would like to contribute to the work and development of the school, or would like to become a sponsor, we would be delighted to chat through options with you. For all inquiries, please contact Sarah Veal, Development Manager, at sveal@crypt.gloucs.sch.uk or call 01452 530291.
