Through our thorough transition programme, we enable all our students to take confident next steps into our outstanding sixth form.

Our sixth form transition programme is detailed below:

November - annual sixth form open evening 

December/January - all internal applicants to be met by a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team 

Applications deadline - Mid January 

Applicant webinar - March 

Year 12 Summer School two day event held in school after the GCSE exams have concluded 

A Level enrolment day - for all applicants on GCSE results day in August 

New Year 12 induction day - September 

New Year 12 student induction events and wellbeing interviews held in the first few weeks of term 1

Throughout the process of application, the School will be in regular communication with all students who wish to join the sixth form.
