Leaving school at 8:50am for a 9:30am start. Back at Crypt for 3pm. All parents welcome to watch at Cheltenham Tigers RFC. Cheltenham Schs, Gloucester Schs, Forest Schs, Stroud Schs and an appropriate squad from Bristol Schools/Academy.

Bus will leave school at 3pm to head over to Old Cryptians. We will need to set up the rugby pitch and complete a warmup. Make sure you are changed at lunch and ready to go at 3pm. There is no need to leave lessons before 2.55pm.

Please ask your P5 teacher for permission to leave early, and catch up on any work that is missed. The coach will leave from the turning circle, so meet at the pavilion as soon as you leave lessons - ensure you have everything with you. Change at lunch into rugby kit. Ensure you have your gumshield and drinks bottle for the game. If parents wish to collect their child at Kings Glos (4.30pm), please let Mr Windsor know.

Change at lunchtime leave lessons at 3.00 and come down to the PE office. Kick off 3.45 at Kings. Pick up at Kings at 4.30 or back at school at 4.45.
