Strength & Conditioning 


With a new fitness suite and through links with Athlete Academy the provision for Strength and Conditioning has been significantly enhanced throughout the PE department. Our aim is to challenge students of all abilities whether that is to improve basic functional movement or supporting our most able athletes to reach new levels of performance within their chosen sport. Strength and conditioning underpins every competitive sport but more importantly is vital for all students to understand and strive for a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Functional Movement Pathway

A clear pathway has been designed to encourage all students to develop key movement literacy skills. The pathway also allows students to be identified for the Crypt Sports Academy which supports our more able students and challenges students on a 1:1 basis.
